The letters are from clients and are a part of my automatic writing practice. Please send me your questions and I will include as many responses as possible in the September newsletter.
Note: This letter focuses on physical and spiritual ailments. I have a terminal degree in education. I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Please see a doctor for any physical pain or emotional distress.
Dear Divine Spirit:
I am experiencing some medical issues and I am not sure if they are spiritual or physical. How do I know for sure?
S.P., Gilbert, Arizona
Dear SP:
Thank you for your questions. Your ailments are primarily emotional as you are in an important phase in your spiritual ascension. It is time to leave the past behind and focus on your dreams. You are struggling because you are trying to control the future using a former and limiting mindset. Instead, focus on what you love to do. Allow yourself at least three days of meditation, reflection, and spiritual counseling. You are very close to opening up the door for success. Focus on who you are and who you are meant to be. Do not consider money as the primary objective. Candace is correct; you are a Buddha. We love and support you Krishor. Your open heart makes us smile.

And from me:
S.P.
Continue to explore both spiritual and medical healing. I am feeling like your ailment is a cousin to psoas syndrome. Consider getting a new chair for your workspace that supports your lower back. Pilates would be very good for you as would gentle stretching exercises. Overexertion and too much exercise will inflame the muscles. Thank you for taking my recommendation and going to your general practitioner for medical advice and to ensure that all is well. I am hearing that a full blood panel is necessary at this time. Again, check with your medical professional. Massage is wonderful stress relief as is sitting and doing nothing. Take the time to allow your mind, body, and soul to “be.”
Please let me know how you are feeling.
Candace
